Who we are

Traust ("we") is an AI-newsletter publication operated by Teona Burchuladze (sole trader). Contact: hello@traust.io.

What we collect, and why

Email address — when you subscribe. Used solely to send you the newsletter you asked for. Legal basis: your consent (which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing).
Basic engagement data — opens, clicks, and the campaign/link you arrived from (UTM parameters). Used to understand what's worth publishing. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

We do not sell or rent your data. We do not build advertising profiles.

Where it's processed

Subscriptions are stored and emails are delivered by our newsletter platform (beehiiv, and Substack where you subscribe there), acting as data processors. Comment-to-DM automation on Instagram is handled by ManyChat under Meta's platform terms. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages.

How long we keep it

For as long as you stay subscribed. Unsubscribe and we stop emailing immediately; your address is removed from active lists per our platforms' retention rules.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR / EU GDPR (and equivalent laws such as CCPA), you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@traust.io and we'll act on it. You also have the right to complain to your supervisory authority (in the UK: the ICO).

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies of its own. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log your IP as part of serving the files. Embedded subscription forms may use functional cookies from the newsletter platform.

We'll update this page when anything changes and bump the version line above.
